November 26, 2018 - A family shared security camera video with FOX26 News showing a thief that really took his time stealing all sorts of stuff from the home's garage.

We're told the crook got into the garage with a stolen garage door opener, and later piled stolen stuff outside.

Eventually, he got away with around $2,300 worth of stolen stuff, according to the family.

Things stolen include:

  • A toolbox full of tools
  • A vaccum cleaner
  • Prescription sunglasses
  • LED lights
  • 3 window punches

This should serve as a good reminder to keep your garage door openers hidden & protected, maybe out of plain sight so not to draw the attention of thieves.

If you get yours stolen, change your garage door's frequency code right away, so the thief can't use it to enter your home.

If you think you know anything about this suspect, or the theft itself, call Valley Crime Stoppers right away at (559) 498-7867 (STOP)
