The Great Chicken Giveaway at Chukchansi Park

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The Central California Food Bank and Fresno Rescue Mission are hosting The Great Chicken Giveaway Tuesday morning at Chukchansi Park.

Foster Farms has donated whole chickens to feed 600 families.

The chickens will be distributed along with produce, dry goods, and other food using volunteers and staffing from the Central California Food Bank and Fresno Rescue Mission.

The giveaway begins at 10:00 a.m. while supplies last.
