A teenager is dead and her sister is in jail, accused of DUI and vehicular manslaughter.

CHP says 18-year-old Obdulia Sanchez of Stockton was driving a 2003 Buick on Henry Miller Road, east of SR-165 in Los Banos on Friday when she lost control of the vehicle, over corrected and crashed.

Her 14-year-old sister was killed in the crash and a 14-year-old girl from Fresno was injured.

CHP says the Buick crashed through a barbed wire fence, causing the car to roll.

Both of the 14-year-old girls were not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

Officers say alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Sanchez was arrested and booked into the Merced County Jail for DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.

Investigators say there is a video that may contain evidence of the crime.
