Two sisters were killed in a crash near Highway 198.

It happened Tuesday just after 10:00 a.m. in Fresno County.

Highlands Church in Paso Robles identified the sisters as Bitti and Brynn Frace. The mother of the two sisters asked for the post to be shared.

"Thank you to all who have said prayers, and who continue to bring flowers and beautiful notes to the cross in order to lift up these two beautiful girls who have gone to be with the Lord all-too-soon. This scripture (2 Timothy 4:7) was a special verse for both Bitti and Brynn Frace. Their mom asked us to post it here to share with you," the church posted on Facebook.

According to California Highway Patrol officers, the sisters were traveling in a Chevy Tahoe. The Chevy pulled out from a business in front of a big rig. The rig hit the driver's side of the SUV, pinning the driver and killing the 20-year-old passenger, Brittni Frace, at the time of the crash.

The driver, Brynn Frace, passed away Thursday evening at Community Regional Hospital in Fresno.

The 52-year-old driver of the big rig was not injured in the crash.

The sisters were on their way back to Chico State College after spending part of their break at home.
