Sexually violent predator Jeffrey Snyder re-arrested
FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26 NEWS) —
According to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office website, Jeffrey Snyder was arrested on Friday for violating the conditions of his release.
As of right now, it is not clear what Snyder did but he has been booked into the Fresno County Jail. The website says Snyder was arrested around 5:23 p.m. by Fresno Police.
A judge conditionally released Snyder from the Coalinga State Hospital last year. After completing his treatment, officials attempted to find a home for Snyder. After researching 1,749, none were found to be suitable and the court ordered Snyder must be released and must live at a motel in Fresno County until permanent housing can be found.
