Man and woman found dead in backyard of Reedley home

The Reedley Police Department investigating the death of a man and woman, found in the backyard of a Reedley home Saturday morning, have now discovered a third victim.

Police say around 9 a.m., they reported to a home on the Church and Curtis Avenues following a family member’s call of a burglary.


When police arrived, they found evidence of forced entry and several missing firearms.

Detectives also found an elderly man and woman in the home’s backyard.

The victims identities and ages are still unknown.

The cause of death is still under investigation.


Police also say two other people who live in the home are also missing.

Saturday night, police discovered a third victim, described as a white adult male.

The victims cause of death is unknown.

Police are also now asking the community for help, searching for 43-year-old Matthew Bonds.

Bonds is believed to be one of the people living the home who went missing.

Police say Bonds is at risk due to health issues.
