FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The man suspected of shooting a woman multiple times on Monday has been arrested.
Detectives from the Fresno Police Department’s Street Violence Bureau (SVB) Felony Assault Unit arrested 52-year-old Billy Wilson on Tuesday.
Police say Wilson drove to the area of W. Hawes and S. Tielman Avenues around 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
The woman was outside with her children and other family members when they say Wilson fired about 20 rounds.
The woman was hit 4 times but all of the wounds were determined to be non-life-threatening.

Detectives were able to identify Wilson as the suspect and arrested him the next day.
He was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
