The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing 83-year-old man.

Deputies say Glen Self left his home in Tollhouse to go grocery shopping in Prather around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday. Glen never returned home.

Deputies say he was last seen driving a 2005 gray Mercury Montego with an Oklahoma license plate of AFX032. The Sheriff's Office says there was a reported sighting of Glen's car in the City of Torrance.

Glen is considered at-risk due to his diabetes and not having his medication with him.

The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings counties.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office immediately at (559) 600-3111.
