FRESNO, Calif. (Fox26) -- Fresno Police has confirmed officers are investigating a death linked to a Fresno State fraternity.
Fresno Fire says it got a 911 medical aid call at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.
Information is just becoming available, but so far, we know that the young man was rushed to St. Agnes hospital and did not survive.
Fresno Police detectives are at the house gathering evidence to try and find out what happened.
We spoke to the student's brother who says he was not a member of the fraternity and that they were just hanging out at the house.
Fresno State released a statement on Twitter saying the campus community is sending condolences to the student's family and friends.
We'll be updating this as soon as more information is made available.
