The world's biggest and perhaps only alligator sculpture ever created inside of prison has been made and is now looking for a place to call home.

Timothy Fonseca created the 15 foot, 1,000 lb. steel alligator from scrap metal at Avenal State Prison.

Prison officials say they're not sure what they are going to do with it.

Some of the officers say they would love for it to go on display at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo as part of its new reptile exhibit.

Interested parties should contact the Avenal Prison immediately at (559) 386-0587.
