It is now up to the District Attorney to decide whether a teen accused in three Fresno convenience store holdups will be tried as an adult.

Fresno police shared surveillance video from a Johnny Quik that was robbed Monday morning before sunrise.

The two other robberies happened at a Valero gas station on West Shaw and an Arco station on Ashlan and Valentine.

Police say a 17-year-old used a gun to hold up workers at each of those stores.

Officers say a he took, cash, cigarettes and cigars.

The teenager and his 22-year-old girlfriend are now in custody after police found them and made the arrest just a few blocks away from the Johnny Quik.

Police say the stolen items and the gun were in plain sight when they pulled up to the car.

The teen is now in juvenile hall while the woman is being held in the Fresno County Jail.

Thankfully no clerks or customers were hurt after the armed robberies.
