Miller's BBQ Chicken Salad


  • Fresh Romaine Lettuce
  • Grilled Chicken Breasts
  • Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Black Beans
  • Sweet Corn
  • Cilantro
  • Green Onions
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Tortilla Strips


  • Slice cooked chicken and tomatoes.
  • Chop cilantro & green onions.
  • Place all ingredients on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce
  • Serve and Enjoy!

  • Honey Granola
  • Smoothie Blend
  • Apple Juice
  • Acai Berries
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut
  • Chia Seeds


  • Blend together acai berries, strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 banana and a 1/4 cup of apple juice.
  • Layer bowl with granola, add smoothie mix then add another layer of granola.
  • Top with sliced strawberries & banana (1/2) blueberries and coconut.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and Enjoy!
