Brain-Boost Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1-2 tsp Peanut Butter (optional)


Directions:

  • Toss it all in a blender and mix
  • Add more frozen berries if needed to reach desired "ice cream" consistency.
  • Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cereal or granola.


Hot Chocolate Oatmeal


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup to taste


Directions:

  • Combine milk and quick oats and microwave according to oats instructions (usually about 1 minute).
  • Stir in cocoa powder or chocolate chips and maple syrup.


Snickerdoodle Milk


Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract


Direction:

  • Whisk all ingredients and microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on how hot you want it).
  • Whisk again and serve immediately. (Serves 2-3)


Strawberry Milk


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • Dash of sugar if desired


Directions:

  • Mix in blender until smooth and serve immediately.


Red Wine Hot Chocolate


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup dark mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon


Directions:

  • Combine milk and chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until everything melts -- it might look a bit clumpy at one point, but it’ll melt together nicely if you keep stirring.
  • Once the milk is smooth again, add wine into the saucepan.
  • Keep stirring until everything melts together.
  • Serve immediately.
