FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Employment Lawyer Shelline Bennett joins Great Day via Zoom to help us with issues impacting employees and employers.

Shelline Bennett is Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Fresno and Sacramento Office Managing Partner. Liebert Cassidy Whitmore is a California labor and employment-law firm, having represented California public agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits for over 40 years. Shelline’s almost 30 years of practicing has been exclusively in employment and labor representing both private and public clients. Shelline regularly conducts workplace trainings on a wide-variety of topics, helping employees in the performance of their day-to-day job responsibilities.

Shelline also has an extensive litigation background in federal and state courts, and she regularly represents clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and labor negotiations, including serving as lead negotiator at bargaining tables. In addition, Shelline co-manages the firm’s investigation practice across the state, where she provides guidance to investigators, establishes firm-wide best practices, and conducts harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and disciplinary-related investigations—including matters that are high-profile in nature.
