In-N-Out Drive-Thru Bust: Man Falls Asleep With a Gun

A man is arrested at a Fresno drive-thru.You could say he went in, but it took him awhile to get out.Fresno police say a gang member is now facing charges after they caught him passed out with a gun in his lap at an In N Out restaurant.Police say Nicholas Gibson was asleep in the drive-thru Tuesday night on Blackstone and Ashlan.They saw the gun and evacuated the restaurant while he continued to sleep.Police say officers used a PA system to try to wake him up.But it didn't work.At one point, they say Gibson's SUV began to roll. It hit a wall.Police finally woke him up when they arrested him inside the car Police say they found a gun in Gibson's lap.He now faces charges including DUI and having a gun after being convicted of a felony.
