FRESNO, Calif. —
A powerful storm cell moved through portions of the South Valley Sunday night, bringing with it powerful wind, rain, and hail. Snow was reported in the Sierras.
The National Weather Service out of Hanford said a trough of low pressure slid across the West Coast. Gusty winds also affected parts of central and southern California, with another high wind advisory in effect Monday for the east-central San Joaquin Valley until 8:00 p.m.
