Grizzlies finish with a win, records
The Fresno Grizzlies wrapped up their 2017 Pacific Coast League season Monday with a 9-7 win at Salt Lake.
A.J. Reed had three hits and drove in four runs. One of his hits was his 34th home run of the season. That set a new franchise record, breaking the old mark of 33 held by Pedro Feliz since 2000.
Fresno finished the season with a record of 77-65, three games behind first place Reno in the standings. It was also the team's third straight winning season.
The Grizzlies also set single season franchise records with 200 home runs, 850 runs batted in, and 853 runs scored.
