ITT Tech closes all campuses

ITT Technical Institutes announced Tuesday that it will shut down its schools across the country, including the one in Clovis.

This move comes after the U.S. Department of Education banned it from enrolling new students who use federal financial aid last month.

More than 8,000 employees are now unemployed and more than 40,000 students have been displaced.

The company said in a letter that it plans to help the students with their records.
