Elder Paws Senior Dog Foundation proudly presents "Hearts of Gold" fundraiser 5-9:00 p.m. at Classic Catering, 625 Fourth St. in Clovis. This year marks Elder Paws 5th year in operation and our 1st year as a Foundation so come out and celebrate with us. Ticket price includes an Italian dinner, dessert, silent auction, and a special performance by Jeremy "Elvis" Pearce. Tickets are $50 per person in advance, $370 for a table of 8, $55 at the door. Cougar Country Barbecue! The Clovis High School Cougar Foundation “in partnership with Cool Hand Luke's” will be hosting their annual Cougar Country Barbecue at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds. Come and enjoy a wonderful steak dinner provided by Cool Hand Luke’s, live and silent auction, dancing to band Dakota Crossing, Mechanical Bull Riding, and raffle prizes. Drive thru take out dinner available starting at 5:00 p.m. Doors also open at 5:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 5:30 p.m. Event for 21 years and older. Tickets are $35.
