Teague Elementary students send cards to Texas
Some Fresno sixth graders are now taking action to help kids in a Houston school that was hit by Harvey.
The students are taking pen to paper to make going back to school that much better.
Teague Elementary sixth graders made cards for sixth graders affected by Hurricane Harvey. Fox 26 is working with Houston Independent School District to make sure the cards gets into the hands of its sixth grade students. The sixth graders in Fresno tell us they hope the cards will uplift the spirits of sixth graders in Houston.
A lot of the repairs have been made in the schools. School starts Houston IDS students Monday September 11th.
