Keep Your Home California is a free service for homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship, to help them stay in their homes, maintain an affordable mortgage payment and avoid foreclosure.

Keep Your Home California, is a free mortgage-assistance program, that may be able to help homeowners dealing with financial hardships and negative equity.

The federally funded, state-managed program offers as much as $3,000 per month for up to 18 months.

Programs include: Unemployment Mortgage Assistance, Mortgage Reinstatement Assistance, Principal Reduction, Transition Assistance and Revers Mortgage Assistance.
