Police say woman shoplifting pulled knife on worker (Video FPD)

The Fresno Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a woman wanted for shoplifting and threatening an employee with a knife.

Police released surveillance video from the crime that happened on February 27ty at the JCPenny store at Fashion Fair Mall, to see if someone could identify the suspect.

Police say the woman was seen shoplifting by members of Loss Prevention and when they confronted her about the thefts, she pulled a knife and then ran away.

The woman is described as white or light-skinned Hispanic, between 5’8” and 5’10” tall, about 150 pounds with brown hair and several tattoos on her body.
