The incident happened at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2016. Police say Ibarra jumped over the victim’s fence and began engaging in lewd acts with himself while looking in the windows of the victim’s home. This continued for several minutes.

The victim's home was equipped with video surveillance which recorded the entire incident.

The victim's mother told FOX26 News that she had a bad feeling which led to her checking her security cameras.

That's when the mother saw a man jump over her fence, look into her children's bedroom window and look inside, all while his hands seemed to be down his pants.
