Man's "dream car" stolen from a Downtown Fresno business

Police say the car was stolen on March 13th and although the theft was caught on camera all leads have grown cold. So, police are now hoping that the public can help locate the car.

Fresno HEAT is trying to find a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro that was stolen from a Downtown Fresno business.

Detectives say the car was stolen on March 13th and although the theft was caught on camera all leads have grown cold. So, detectives are now hoping that the public can help locate the car.

The Camaro is yellow in color with a black convertible top and was in the process of being restored. At the time of the theft, the vehicle was not operational.

The owner of the stolen Camaro says when he was younger he owned a Firebird but want a convertible. So, he decided to buy his dream car.
