Jim previews Vivo A Chicano Performance
FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) —
There is a special musical performance happening Saturday, November 11th in downtown Fresno.
The show is called Vivo A Chicano Performance and it starts violinist Patrick Contreras and and guitarist Omar Naré, with choreography and dance by Jasmín la Carís.
Mixing performance art, mariachi, modern violin, rock, and acoustic, the trio tells a familiar story in a truly soul-shaking way, evocative of the Mexican-American identity and the Central Valley’s unmatched culture.
The show takes place 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Bitwise South Stadium located at 700 Van Ness Ave. in downtown Fresno.
