Greek Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough pizza crust
  • Creamy ranch sauce mixed with basil pesto
  • Light sprinkling of shredded mozzarella
  • Crumbled feta
  • Marinated artichokes
  • Roma tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Minced garlic
  • Sprinkling of Jack cheese


Cook at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.



BBQ Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough or traditional white pizza crust
  • Creamy ranch sauce mixed with barbecue sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Chopped sweet red onion
  • Cooked cut up bacon
  • Chopped chicken breast
  • Dash of Jack cheese


We like to drizzle a little BBQ sauce on top before putting it in the oven.

Cook at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.


Combo Calzone

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough crust
  • Marinara
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Olives
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Chopped red onion
  • Sliced mushroom
  • Italian sausage
  • Pepperoni

Put sauce and ingredients on one half of your crust. The undecorated half of the crust will be folded over to meet with border of decorated half and finger pinch the edges together before cooking.

Cook at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
