Visalia Police Car Rammed Twice by DUI Suspect
VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) —
A man rammed the back of a Visalia police car at a stop light.
It happened not just once, but twice, Sunday afternoon.
The man police say did it is in jail.
It happened at Walnut and Court in Visalia.
Police say the officer was stopped at a red light there.
That's when they say 40 year old Gregory Mason hit him from behind.
Police say he backed up, and rammed the patrol car again.
Mason was arrested.
Police say he was driving under the influence.
Neither the officer, nor Mason, were hurt.
