Salmonella In Nesquik? Recall Issued
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) —
Nestle is recalling more than 200,000 canisters of Nesquik chocolate powder because of possible salmonella contamination.
The problem is with batches that were produced in October.
The powder affected by this recall is in 10.9, 21.8 and 40.7 ounce canisters and has a best before date of October 2014.
Some of the containers have the promotion for the current Disney movie "Wreck-It Ralph" on the side.
Nestle reports there have been no reports of illness.
If you have the chocolate powder, you can return it where you bought it for a refund.
