Reward! Help Find A Stolen Horse

The hunt is on, to find a stolen horse and bring it back to a Fresno County family. The Paint mare is named Billy. She was stolen from a home on Clinton near Brawley, west of Fresno on Easter Sunday. The horse belongs to Cindy Roach. She says, "I am concerned because it's getting too hot and I don't know if she has enough water and food." Roach believes a well-known homeless woman in the area walked onto her property, through an unlocked gate and stole Billy. She says people at Victoria West Park across the street told her they saw a woman walking a horse. Roach says Billy is more than horse. For the past 10 years the family has been taking care of the paint mare. Roach says, "You can set the kids up on her, I got to lead her around. We take her camping, she's everything." Billy has all white legs and a distinctive brown spot directly on her back. Anyone with information can call Cindy Roach directly at (559) 365-0461.
