Police Helicopter Catches Burglars in the Act

Two teenagers are in jail after being caught on camera trying to break into a Fresno business.

A Fresno Police Air Support Unit helicopter was first on scene just after 10 p.m. Thursday near Fulton and Belmont.

Infrared video shows the{}teens trying to break in through a back window using a crow bar.

Police officers and K-9 units responded to the scene and arrested the two suspects as they tried to run off.

Officers say 19-year-old Juan Miranda and a 17-year-old juvenile were taken to Fresno County Jail on charges of attempted commercial burglary.
