Mazda Recall Blamed On Spiders

Mazda is recalling 42,000 cars because of spiders.

Mazda reports spiders may build webs in a vent hose, and cause the fuel tank to crack.

That can lead to an increased risk of fire.

The recall affects 2010 to 2012 Mazda-6 cars.

It's for the ones equipped with 2.5 liter engines.

Mazda says it will notify owners.

Dealers will fix the problem at no charge.
