Massive Wildfire Burns Near 22-Mile House In Madera County
MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) —
A fire has torched more than 1,000 acres in the Yosemite National Park foothills on Sunday.
The "rolling fire," as safety officials called the blaze near Highway 41 and Highway 145, grew steadily into the evening after first being reported shortly after 6 p.m.
Both highways were closed in that area on Sunday night.
