Fresno State Women Lose by 32 Against Top Five Foe Stanford

Coming off the worst loss under Raegan Pebley, things did not get much better for Fresno State in their final non-conference tilt, losing by 32 at home. The silver lining was the Bulldogs looked much better than their last outing, and simply ran into a Stanford team that is extremely talented and ranked 4th in the country.

Alex Sheedy led the Bulldogs with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Taylor Thompson added 14.

The 'Dogs trailed by a dozen at halftime, but the Cardinal outscored by them another 20 in the second stanza. Fresno State begins conference play on the road at UNLV on New Year's day.
