Fresno City Offices Closed For Thanksgiving Holiday
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) —
Fresno city offices will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 22, and Friday, November 23. The delivery of various city services on Thanksgiving and the following day may be affected by the holiday schedule as well.
Airports: Administrative offices closed Thursday and Friday. Terminal, concessions, and airlines normal operations otherwise.
City Clerk's Office: Closed Thursday and Friday.
Development and Resource Management: Closed Thursday and Friday.
Fire/Police Departments: Offices and public counters closed Thursday and Friday. Normal operations otherwise.
Finance Department: Office closed Thursday and Friday.
Fresno Area Express:-- Thursday: Offices closed. No bus service.-- Friday: Offices closed. Weekend bus service.-- Schedules available at www.fresno.gov/fax or 621-RIDE.
Parks and Recreation (PARCS):-- Thursday: Parks open. Recreation centers closed.-- Friday: Parks and recreation centers open normal hours.
Residential Solid Waste-- Business offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.-- Thursday: Thanksgiving Holiday, No collection service-- Friday: Thursday's trash, recyclables and green waste will be collected.-- Saturday: Friday's trash, recyclables and green waste will be collected.-- For questions regarding residential holiday service, please call the Solid Waste Management Division at 621-1452 or view the Solid Waste holiday web page at the city's website, www.fresno.gov.
