Firefighters Cut Security Bars To Stop Downtown Market Fire
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) —
Fresno firefighters had to use power tools to fight a predawn fire Wednesday at a downtown market.
Fire crews cut their way through security bars at Lewis Food Market building shortly after 4 a.m.
Fire teams arrived to find smoke pouring out of the building. There was no one in the building at the time and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
