Dirtiest Place in Doctors' Office
A doctor's most trusted tool could be spreading bacteria from patient to patient.
According to a new report, a doctor's stethoscope can become filthy with antibiotic-resistant bacteria like the potentially deadly mrsa virus.
The report also shows a doctor's fingertips were a hotbed of contamination more than almost any other part of the hand.
The study recommends that doctors clean their stethoscope after each use to ensure the safety of their patients.
