Bulldogs Overcome Slow Start, Coast to Victory in Wyoming
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) —
Fresno State came up empty for points in the first quarter against the Wyoming Cowboys, and trailed 10-0. The Bulldogs proceed to score 48 unanwered in quarters 2-4, and Derek Carr continued his air assault. The senior QB threw for 360 yards and four touchdowns before turning the keys over to backup Brian Burrell early in the 4th quarter.
The Bulldogs are now 9-0 for the first time since 1989, matching their win total for the first year under head coach Tim DeRuyter. They now have a week off before hosting New Mexico in the final home game on November 23.
