In game one of the best of three CBI championship series, Fresno State led visiting Siena by as many as 12 points in the second half, but ultimately lost 61-57. The Bulldogs were doomed by allowing 17 offensive rebounds to the Saints, nine second half turnovers and a handful of missed free throws late.{}

Four 'Dogs scored in double figures, led by Cezar Guerrero's 15. Marvelle Harris and Alex Davis chipped in 12, and playing in his last game in the Save Mart Center, Tyler Johnson added 10.
