We are advancing the world of Broadcasting and we want YOU to join our winning team!Position Description/QualificationsKMPH/KFRE TV in Fresno, California is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to be responsible for the Human Resources function for both stations as well as assist with the management of the financial reporting and general accounting functions to ensure all documentation complies with Sarbanes-Oxley, Company policies and procedures, and GAAP reporting guidelines. Responsibilities include managing the HR functions under the general direction of Corporate HR and supporting the Business Manger by assisting with the Stations' accounting functions. The successful candidate will have an associates or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent or enrolled towards such degree, Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Accounting and HR, and a working knowledge of internal control procedures, general ledger, payroll and HR.
