An immigration reform bill remains stalled right now in the House and one Valley lawmaker is breaking ranks to get it moving.Congressman David Valadao became the second California Republican to join Democrats calling for a vote in the House.In a statement, the Hanford representative said that immigration reform in the house cannot wait.He joins another Valley Republican, Jeff Denham of Turlock, in supporting the measure.Some California Republicans in Congress have called for an overhaul of immigration laws, but want it broken down piece by piece.Others oppose what they consider amnesty for lawbreakers.
